Some of the greatest athletes in the world come from the sport of MMA and at the PRO MAI Academy we open up the training methods and fitness regimes to everybody so that anyone can benefit from the amazing strength and conditioning that MMA provides. We call these classes ULTIMATE MMA FITNESS classes because that’s exactly what you get – the ultimate combat based workout that will help you take your fitness to the next level.

Is it right for me?

Unlike our other MMA classes with the ULTIMATE MMA FITNESS classes there’s no sparring or contact to worry about so the classes are accessible to men and women, young and old regardless of natural athletic ability or previous experience. What you can expect is a high energy class with a great soundtrack and a very friendly atmosphere, where everyone pushes each other to get the biggest possible gains from their training.
Getting Started Is Easy!
We make it very simple for you to get started, you just need to register on our app and then book onto one of the upcoming MMA Fitness classes for a trial.
Once you’re booked on there’s nothing else to do! Just turn up at the session that you’ve chosen and we’ll be expecting you!

Go to the ‘Events‘ section of the app and look for our ‘MMA Fitness‘ sessions.
Book yourself onto any upcoming class using the app. Trial classes are £10.

Complete your first class!
Just turn up on the time and day you’ve chosen and we will help you get through your first session.
After your first session we’ll talk you through your options for continuing your training with us.

Every exercise and drill that we do is designed to really optimise an aspect of your health and well-being – strength, stamina, mobility, co-ordination, explosive movement and more.
